For the Indian Girl Collection, a woman brought me things that hold memories of a spiritual Indian ritual she attended: A piece of buffalo fur, feathers, birch bark, and rabbit claws. I crafted her finds into necklaces, earrings and a medallion. I used silver, natural rubber and a tiny jewel case I had found on a flea market.
